For years, Sobelcard prospered on this 1.5-hectare site. However, when the company relocated a large part of its production, it was also time to breathe new life into the site. Hexagon, specialist in redeveloping abandoned industrial sites, took up the challenge. A brownfield covenant was drawn up for the site reconversion.
